After a frustrating experience with another HVAC company that pushed hard for financing and recommended an unnecessary $5K compressor replacement for one of my units, I called Air Kool for a second opinion. They confirmed that my downstairs unit did need replacement, but they discovered that the only issue with my upstairs unit was a switched-off breaker.

Frank was great! We were without heat these last couple of sub freezing nights but he came over, simply looked at the furnace, and it kicked on…this guy is GOOD! Seriously, it took him a minute to deduce the problem (frozen runoff pipe) and remedy it. Our heat is back to running perfectly!
