I’ve used Air Kool for 7 years now, at 3 different houses, and am always happy with their work. This last job involved installing a new AC compressor and heat pump, a new wi-fi connected thermostat, and all new ductwork. They showed up on time, explained everything, showed me pictures, and did a super professional job. I was so pleased with how their guys cleaned up every little bit of mess in my yard. Now I’m in my air conditioned house, feeling so glad that I once again chose Air Kool.

I can't recommend Air Kool Heat and Air enough! After a frustrating experience with another HVAC company that pushed hard for financing and recommended an unnecessary $5K compressor replacement for one of my units, I called Air Kool for a second opinion. They confirmed that my downstairs unit did need replacement, but they discovered that the only issue with my upstairs unit was a switched-off breaker.

The team charged a reasonable $79 diagnostic fee, which I was later able to apply toward the replacement. The entire replacement process was completed in just one day, and the crew was fantastic. They were efficient, professional, and left everything tidy when they were done.

Our AC went out on a 95 degree day and David was out to our home, had the problem diagnosed, and fixed in less than an hour. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and the options we had to fix it. David is highly experienced, professional and knowlegable, he was able to get our home cool and comfortable quickly, before myself or my pets got overheated. Air Kool will definitely be our first call in the future.

We noticed that our AC unit stopped cooling around 3:30 PM and Air Kool had a technician out to us within an hour! He was incredibly polite, kind, and transparent. Our AC unit was back up and running within an hour and a half of our first call to them. Would definitely recommend Air Kool!

Can’t say enough great things about Ken and the install team at Air Kool. After waking up to no heat on our first floor Ken was out the same day to assess the issues. He ultimately determine that the units needed to be replaced and scheduled the install team to be out the following business day. Great service, very professional

Service tech was very knowledgeable. Had a system up and running in a few minutes. Technician was on time as scheduled with the office and the bill was very reasonable. from my experience, I would recommend the company.

We have been with this company for 5 years now including buying a brand new unit from them in December 2018. Our old unit went out 2 days before we were to host our family Christmas party on a Saturday. Air Kool got our new unit and was at our home that Saturday morning early to get it installed and working before our family members were to arrive. Our house was warm and toasty and old unit hauled away with any clean up about an hour before our 1st guest arrived. It was a little stressful for us but not for Air Kool…they were on top of everything with a professional manner and got the job done without a hitch. I highly recommend them!!! The owner Ken came out the following week to just check on us and do a follow-up. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Air Kool 🤩

Frank was great! We were without heat these last couple of sub freezing nights but he came over, simply looked at the furnace, and it kicked on…this guy is GOOD! Seriously, it took him a minute to deduce the problem (frozen runoff pipe) and remedy it. Our heat is back to running perfectly! He also gave us some great advice on general maintenance tips, CO2 monitoring, and just a good guy to speak with. I strongly recommend Air Kool for your HVAC system and maintenance. They’re our future service team.
