We recommend annual maintenance, ideally before the summer. This not only helps prepare your unit for the higher demand in hot months but also helps maintain your manufacturer’s warranty and helps prevent major problems.
What services does your HVAC maintenance plan include?

How do I know I need a heating replacement and not just a repair?
If your heating system is nearing the end of its anticipated lifespan (typically between 10–15 years), requires frequent repairs, or you notice a sudden spike in your energy bills, it is often more cost-effective to replace the unit. We offer free estimates and are happy to assess your system to help you determine if repairs would suffice or if replacement would be the more cost-effective choice.
